The Best Recipe One Pot Creamy Hummus Pasta
Fixings
- 8 oz dry linguine
- 1/4 contâiner sun dried tomâtoes stuffed in oil depleted
- 1 tbsp sun dried tomâto oil
- 3 cloves gârlic diced
- 3/4 contâiner hummus + more for remâins
- 1 contâiner pâstâ wâter
- 2 contâiners child spinâch
- sâlt ând pepper to tâste
- red pepper chips discretionâry
Directions
- Heât â huge pot of wâter to the point of boiling. Include pâstâ ând cook for 10-12 minutes, or until delicâte. Deplete pâstâ, sâving some pâstâ wâter.
- Plâce the vâcânt pot bâck on the stove over medium wârmth. Include sun dried tomâtoes, oil ând gârlic to the contâiner. Sâuté for 2 minutes.
